This charming silk bag is handcrafted from beautiful fabric offcuts, rescued from sample books and textile remnants that would otherwise be incinerated or go to landfill.   By upcycling these surplus fabric into unique accessories, we help reduce waste from the sofa industry and give these materials a whole new life.

Perfect as a sustainable gift or a thoughtful present for loved ones. I’ve designed it to fit a standard tablet or Ipad, but they could also be used to store toiletries or cosmetics.  It’s one-off design and soft embroidered detail make it a lovely, mindful choice for anyone who appreciates handcrafted, planet-friendly products.

• Approximate dimensions 30cm across and 23cm tall.  Fits a tablet 30cm on the diagonal.
• Soft cotton lining with contrasting zip and tassel for easy access
• Due to the nature of the reclaimed fabric, each piece is a limited edition one-off

As this bag is made from a mix of  fabrics, I would hand wash, and lay flat to dry.
