Postage costs

For UK post, it is a flat fee of £3.50, regardless of the size of the parcel.

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, which usually takes 3-5 working days.

Christmas 2022 – Due to the postal strikes, from 1st-16th December, I will upgrade your post to 1st class, at no extra cost. Hopefully this will help speed up your parcels during this disruption. After 16th December, it is unlikely that your order will arrive in time for Christmas. This is for UK parcels only.

Delivery Times

All our items (unless indicated) are ready to ship and are usually despatched within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. If you’re having an item bespoke made or personalised please allow 3-5 working days after making payment.

Postage Information

I’ll keep you up to date on your orders, especially if you’ve ordered something bespoke. An automated email is sent when your order has been dropped off at the Post Office.

International Orders

A flat fee will be added at checkout depending on where you live in the world. This is an average cost via Parcelforce for your country. If your parcel costs less or more than that flat fee, I will refund the difference and/or contact you to arrange an additional fee if it’s coming out at a higher cost.
