This jumper is from Easy and labelled as size XXL.  I would say its a size 16.

Sizing seems to really vary amongst different labels, so the measurements are:
* Chest from arm pit to arm pit – 69cm
* Length from shoulder to bottom hem – 70cm

Washing instructions on the label are: Machine wash 40 degrees.  Medium iron.
