This jumper is from Pretty Little Thing and labelled as size a small.  I would say its a size 14 equivalent

Sizing seems to really vary amongst different labels, so the measurements are:
* Chest from arm pit to arm pit – 58cm
* Length from shoulder to bottom hem – 68cm

Washing instructions on the label are: Machine wash 40 degrees.  Medium iron.
