This jumper is from Shein and labelled as size M.  I would say its a size 8.  This hoodie also has cute puff sleeve detailing.

Sizing seems to really vary amongst different labels, so the measurements are:
* Chest from arm pit to arm pit – 49cm
* Length from shoulder to bottom hem – 64cm

Washing instructions on the label are: Machine wash 40 degrees.  Medium iron.
