This jumper is from Marks & Spencer and is labelled as a women’s size M.  I would say its a size 12.

Sizing seems to really vary amongst different labels, so the measurements are:
* Chest from arm pit to arm pit – 58cm
* Length from shoulder to bottom hem – 60cm

Washing instructions on the label are: Machine wash 40 degrees.  Medium iron.
