This jumper is from Primark and labelled as size M.  I would say its a loose size 10

Sizing seems to really vary amongst different labels, so the measurements are:
* Chest from arm pit to arm pit – 50cm
* Length from shoulder to bottom hem – 59cm

Washing instructions on the label are: Machine wash 40 degrees.  Medium iron.
